Safe Center is a crisis intervention program that provides assistance to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault stalking and child abuse in Stephens and Jefferson County.

 

In 2023, the Safe Center served 454 clients. We conducted 104 forensic interviews for children alleged abused and/or neglected. Individuals served are often in danger of serious injury, or fleeing an unsafe situation at the hands of their abuser.

The Safe Center is certified through the Oklahoma  Attorney General's Office.  The Safe Center is a Developing Member of the National Children's Alliance and a proud United Way agency.
